Management
The Vilnius University Foundation has four governing bodies: the Sharers’ General Meeting, the Sharer Representative Board, the Investment Committee (Board), and the Chief Executive Officer. The Foundation also has three advisory committees, which are not governing bodies: the Capital Raising Committee, the Funding Committee, and the Internal Audit Committee.

SHARERS' GENERAL MEETING
The highest governing body. Appoints and dismisses all governing bodies, amends statutes and key rules, approves members, strategy, budget, investments, and annual financial statements (including auditor approval).
